User Data Deletion Instructions

Android release draft — September 18, 2026. Publication, retention terms and owner legal review are pending. These instructions describe deletion requests, not a guarantee of instant erasure or a certification of regulatory compliance.

Method 1: Request In-App Account & Data Deletion

  1. Open the Howilook application on your mobile device.
  2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the bottom navigation or profile).
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
  4. Tap Delete Account (marked in red).
  5. Confirm the prompt by tapping DELETE ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY.

Confirmation submits a deletion request. A pending response, hidden history item or local sign-out does not mean cloud cleanup has completed. The deletion workflow must reconcile in-flight work and remove application-held profile, outfit/face scan and image/avatar data before final account removal.

Cleanup can fail or remain pending and need retry. Reopen the app to check the displayed status or contact support if it cannot complete. Automated cleanup and its scheduler must be deployed and verified before release; local implementation alone does not establish that service.

Individual scans can also be deleted from history; hiding the scan while cleanup is pending does not confirm that its stored photo has been erased. Original gallery photos and copies you shared to other apps are not deleted by Howilook.

Application deletion does not erase payment providers' own records or establish backup/provider retention periods. Any legally required retained records, retention schedules and provider erasure process must be approved and disclosed before publication. No immediate purge of all payment or referral evidence is promised.

Method 2: Email Request

If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, you can request manual data deletion by sending an email from your registered email address to:

Email: lakhtech20@gmail.com
Subject: Account & Data Deletion Request

Identity verification may be needed to prevent deletion by someone else. Do not email passwords, access tokens or payment credentials. Mailbox monitoring, identity-verification procedure, response deadlines and applicable retention exceptions must be approved before publication; this draft does not promise a fixed completion deadline.
