Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Service

Paid Creator/Pro plans are one-time prepaid passes (1-Month / 1-Year) with per-30-day quotas. AI compute costs are incurred instantly and irreversibly on each generation/grading/comparison — hence the strict no-refund stance.

2. No Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges — including dissatisfaction with output, change of mind, accidental purchase, or unused quota. This covers access passes, top-ups, renewals, and duplicate-intent purchases.

3. Pass Expiration & No Auto-Renewal

• Passes never auto-renew or rebill. Nothing to "cancel" — access simply ends at expiry.
• No partial/prorated refunds for early termination or unused quota.
• Starter free trial is once-in-a-lifetime; deleting/recreating accounts to reclaim it violates fair use.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (sole discretion)

• Duplicate charges from a proven technical error: duplicate refunded within 7–10 business days.
• Complete service outage > 7 consecutive days on our end: possible credit/extension (not a refund).

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Contact lakhtech20@gmail.com before filing a chargeback — chargebacks for valid non-refundable purchases may lead to account suspension. Razorpay transaction records are authoritative.
