1.1 Information you provide:

• Account info: name, email address, and profile picture URL via Google Sign-In.
• User content: thumbnails you upload for grading, text descriptions for generation, and video/channel context you supply.
• Payment info: billing details processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, bank details, or full payment credentials.
• Support messages: anything you send when contacting support.

1.2 Collected automatically:

• Usage data: generations, gradings, comparisons, scores, timestamps, feature interactions.
• Device data: device type, OS, browser, screen resolution, app version.
• Log data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URLs.
• Cookies: session cookies for authentication and preferences (web only).

1.3 From third parties:

• Google Sign-In: name, email, profile picture URL (as authorized by you).
• Razorpay: transaction status, payment ID, order confirmation (no card details).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process AI generation, grading, and comparison requests.
• Manage accounts, access passes, quotas, and billing.
• Track usage limits and enforce fair use.
• Send essential communications (billing confirmations, limit alerts, security notices).
• Analyze usage, detect fraud/abuse, meet legal obligations.

3. AI Data Processing

Your inputs (descriptions, uploaded images) are sent to third-party AI providers:

• Google Gemini — subject to Google's AI Terms and Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI (DALL·E, GPT-4o) — subject to OpenAI's Usage Policies and Privacy Policy.

Do not upload images containing sensitive personal, confidential, or rights-encumbered content. We don't use your uploads to train our own models; third-party providers have their own retention/training policies — review their terms.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Stored on Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage).
• May be processed in data centers in the US, EU, or other regions.
• Protected with TLS in transit, encryption at rest, and access controls.
• No electronic storage is 100% secure — absolute security can't be guaranteed.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

• Account/profile: retained while your account is active.
• Gallery: thumbnails and grading history persist until you delete individual items.
• Payments: transaction records kept as required by tax/accounting law.
• Logs: server logs kept up to 90 days.
• Deletion: in-app via Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account & Data, or email lakhtech20@gmail.com. Identity is verified; records are removed within 30 days. Full steps: account deletion page.

6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy

Minimum age is 13 (under-18s need parental/guardian consent). We don't knowingly collect data from under-13s; discovered data is deleted promptly.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

We integrate Google (Gemini, Firebase, Sign-In), OpenAI, and Razorpay — their terms/privacy apply. We're not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Service.

9. Changes to This Policy

Material changes are communicated via email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
